Neuro Modulators
Neuromodulators help reduce the appearance of “folds of expression” as well as that of fine lines and wrinkles. They work by reducing voluntary muscle contraction. With just a few treatments, they leave a more youthful, refreshed and relaxed appearance.
Depending on the product selected, the effect of the neuromodulator appears 3 to 7 days after treatment. The duration of its effectiveness varies between 4 to 6 months. It is therefore preferable to repeat the treatment about 2 times per year in order to maintain the result.
Among the neuromodulators available at the DCL clinic, we note Botox MD, Dysport and Xeomin. These are botulinum toxins that are used in dermatology to reduce the appearance of expression lines. Several areas can be treated in this way:

Browlift
The sagging eyebrow is partly caused by the sagging of the outer part of the orbicularis muscle of the eye, a phenomenon that can be attributed to the passing years, the level of elasticity of the skin, the lifestyle and heredity. Over time, the eyebrow tends to lower and when the tail of the eyebrow falls, it makes you look sad.
When properly administered Botox® (botulinum toxin) can rebalance muscle structure and promote browlift. In cases where the eyelid sagging is more severe, surgery (blepharoplasty) may be necessary to ensure optimal results.
